Selenite Tower — Clarity

Selenite reads like frozen light. This is a ridged “mountain” tower — tall, pale and translucent, the kind of object that catches a low sun and holds it. It belongs where you think: a desk, a study, the edge of a shelf.

In the tradition this draws on, selenite is associated with clarity and clearing the air of a room. Mostly, it’s a beautiful thing to look up at mid-sentence. One note that matters: selenite is water-soluble. Keep it dry, dust it with a soft brush, and it will last indefinitely.
