Returns Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Certain items (e.g., digital downloads, personalised or perishable products) are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at soularwellness@outlook.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is proven faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
