Our wellness programme flows like the seasons themselves. Each quarter, we create just sixty ritual boxes - carefully composed to support energetic renewal, lunar alignment, and deepened self-awareness. With different tools for each of the 6 senses, these rituals become doorways to sacred rhythm.


We also host events across London and Surrey where our community comes together to learn, grow, and genuinely enjoy the process of taking care of themselves. This is where personal growth and wellbeing thrive.

We meet online or in thoughtfully chosen venues across Central London and Surrey - spaces that hold the quality of reverence our practices deserves.

Recently, a community member from Guildford shared how he started meditating during lunch breaks at work. “I just sit in my car for ten minutes and use what you taught us,” he said. “My afternoons are completely different now.”

Our yoga and stretch sessions honour the wisdom that every body is already perfect for this practice, but we approach it differently than traditional studios. We gather in welcoming venues throughout London and Surrey, creating environments where every body feels honored. Whether you’re naturally flexible or haven’t moved intentionally in years, these sessions offer pathways to embodied presence that serve your unique constitution.


A community member from Kingston started attending sessions six months ago, having never exercised before and convinced she’d embarrass herself. “I thought I’d be the least flexible person there,” she shares. “Now I actually look forward to our sessions and it’s the best thing I’ve done for my back pain.”


Our seasonal approach means the movement adapts to your body’s changing needs throughout the year. Winter sessions might focus on warming and grounding sequences, while summer invites more expansive and cooling movements that honor the energy of the season. Reiki Therapy That Awakens Natural Healing

Reiki might sound mystical, but we understand it as something beautifully simple - helping your body remember how to relax and heal itself. Our qualified Reiki practitioner Olenka,  works across London and Surrey, often visiting community members in their local spaces.


A member from Guildford was navigating a difficult divorce when she first tried Reiki with us. “I didn’t believe in any of that energy stuff,” she admits, “but I was desperate. After the first session, I slept through the night for the first time in months.”


Whether you’re processing stress, chronic pain, or feeling stuck in patterns, Olenka can create a sacred space for healing. Many community members book regular sessions as part of their wellness routine, while others come when life feels overwhelming or just need a boost.


Olenka also offers comprehensive Accredited  Reiki training for those called to deepen their practice or share this gift with others.


Our Reiki training honours both traditional Japanese methods and the unique healing journey of each student. From Level 1 foundation courses through Master Teacher certification, these programmes offer profound initiation into a lifetime practice of service and self-discovery.


Personal Training That Honours Your Unique Path

We’ve reimagined personal training completely. Our trainers aren’t here to create pressure or judgment about yesterday’s choices. They’re wellness advocates who understand that true strength comes from working with your body’s natural intelligence rather than imposing external standards upon it.


We work with community members across London and Surrey, meeting in gyms, local parks, or peaceful indoor spaces. Our goal isn’t transformation into someone else - it’s helping you feel strong and capable in your own unique body.


A community member from Thames ditton hadn’t exercised since school when she started working with one of our trainers. “I thought I’d hate it,” she says, “but we spent the first session just walking and talking. Now I actually look forward to our workouts and catch-ups.”
