Every Tuesday at 11am, a small group of us gather online – some with cameras on, some off, some with babies feeding, some with toddlers playing nearby – and we simply breathe together.

I started these sessions because I remember those early motherhood days when finding even ten minutes felt impossible. When the idea of "self-care" seemed like something from another life. When I desperately needed connection but couldn't always manage to get out the door.
Babies are not just allowed – they're welcomed!
We understand that as a new mum, finding child-free time for self-care can feel impossible. Our supportive virtual space embraces the reality of motherhood, creating a judgment-free zone where you can focus on your mental health whilst your baby is right beside you.
How We Spend Our Half Hour Together
The first 5-10 minutes are just for us to arrive. Share how your week's been if you want to. Maybe your baby had you up all night. Maybe you're celebrating a small win. Maybe you just need to be held in a space where everyone understands. We set an intention together – nothing fancy, just something to anchor us.
Then we settle in for 15-20 minutes of meditation. I'll guide you gently. Your baby might coo, cry, or need feeding – that's completely okay. Camera off if you need to move around. This isn't about perfect stillness; it's about finding moments of peace within the beautiful mess of it all.
The last 5-10 minutes we come back together. A closing chat to share anything that came up, or just to say goodbye to these women who've become familiar faces (or familiar black squares if cameras are off – we love you too!).
What This Really Is
This is half an hour where you don't have to be "on." Where baby sounds are ambient music, not interruptions. Where you can show up in your pyjamas, or fresh from a shower, or mid-snack, or however you are.
It's £2 a session because I wanted this to be accessible to every mum who needs it. No membership, no commitment – just turn up on Tuesdays when you can.
Some weeks you might sit and breathe. Some weeks you might just listen while feeding your baby. Some weeks you might find exactly what you needed in a stranger's shared story. All of it is welcome.
