I started Soular to create the kind of training space I felt was missing for women in London—one that truly respects both body and mind.
My background in coaching and teaching gave me the hands-on skills, while my experience working in fitness operations opened my eyes to the wider industry. It highlighted a clear gap: women’s unique needs—hormonal health, stress, recovery, confidence—were often overlooked in favour of one-size-fits-all approaches.
I design training that goes beyond quick fixes, blending challenge with sustainability so women can feel stronger, more resilient, and more balanced.
