What if Tuesday evenings became sacred? Your weekly anchor point. Your 45 minutes to stop pushing and start being.

Four times a year, I offer meditation series that honor the season we're in—each one a 4-6 week journey of guided practice, breathwork, and deep rest. We gather online every Tuesday from 8-8:45pm, creating space for you to soften, listen, and reconnect with your own inner knowing.

This year's offerings:

February-March | "Belonging to Yourself" — 6 weeks,  Foundation building, coming home to your body, gentle emergence from winter

April-May | "Spring Awakening" — 4 weeks, 
Rising with the season, opening to possibility, permission to bloom

June-July | "Midsummer Light" — 6 weeks,  Receiving abundance, stepping into radiance, includes Summer Solstice celebration

September-October | "Harvest & Release" — 6 weeks, Honouring growth, autumn's wisdom of letting go, preparing for winter's descent

Perfect for: Busy humans who need their practice after the dishes are done and the house is quiet. Those craving consistency without rigidity. Anyone ready to develop a meditation practice that feels authentic, not performative. No experience needed—just show up.

Between series, we rest. This isn't endless consumption—it's intentional rhythm. You choose which journeys call to you, trusting your own timing.

How does it work?

1. Book your space
Choose your series and secure your place. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details within 24 hours.

2. Receive your welcome pack
A few days before we begin, I'll send you everything you need: the session link, session dates, and guidance on creating your meditation space at home.

3. Join us every Tuesday at 8pm
Simply click the link, settle in, and arrive as you are. No need to have your camera on if you'd prefer not to. I'll guide you through the entire 45 minutes.

4. Rest between sessions
Each week builds on the last, but there's no homework, no pressure. Just show up when Tuesday comes around again.

5. Complete the journey
By the final week, you'll have developed practices and insights you can carry with you long after the series ends.

What you need

The essentials:

  • A quiet space where you won't be disturbed for 45 minutes
  • Comfortable clothes (nothing restrictive)
  • A cushion or chair to sit on, or space to lie down if that's more comfortable
  • Headphones or earbuds for the best sound quality (optional but recommended)
  • A blanket (you might get cold as your body relaxes)
  • A device with internet connection and Google Meet access

Optional but lovely:

  • A candle or soft lighting
  • A journal and pen for any reflections after the session
  • A cup of herbal tea for afterwards
  • Anything that helps you feel cozy and held

Experience needed:
None. Absolutely none. Whether this is your first time meditating or you've been practicing for years, you're welcome here.

The Small Print

If you can't make a Tuesday:
Life happens. Children get sick. Work runs late. Emergencies arise. I understand.

If you miss a session, you have two options:

Option 1: I'll send you an MP3 recording of a guided meditation practice covering that week's theme. You can listen whenever suits you—during a lunch break, before bed, on a weekend morning. It won't be the exact live session (as those are intimate group spaces), but it will give you the practice and teaching for that week.

Option 2: You can use that session as a credit toward:

  • A drop-in Tuesday evening meditation any time in the next season (April-October 2026)
  • £15 off a sound bath experience with Soular

You choose what works best for you. Just let me know.

Refund policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the series starts
  • 50% refund if you cancel 3-7 days before the series starts
  • No refunds once the series has begun, but you can transfer your space to someone else or use missed sessions as credits (see above)

Technical requirements:
Sessions run via Google Meet (free, no account required—just click the link). If you've ever joined a video call, you can join this. I'll send simple instructions with your welcome pack.

Privacy:
What's shared in our sessions stays in our sessions. This is a confidential space. You're welcome to have your camera on or off—whatever feels most comfortable.

Accessibility:
If you have specific access needs (visual, hearing, neurodivergence, etc.), please let me know when you book. I'll do everything I can to make the space work for you.
