Join us for The Light Within—a transformative 3-week meditation journey designed specifically for beginners. Over three guided sessions, you'll learn practical meditation techniques that you can use for the rest of your life.


What You'll Experience

Week 1: Discovering Your Light
Learn the fundamentals of meditation through breath awareness and body relaxation. You'll be introduced to a gentle visualization practice that helps you connect with your inner sense of peace and presence.

Week 2: Nurturing Your Light
Deepen your practice with a compassionate body scan and loving-kindness meditation. Learn how to meet yourself with kindness and extend that compassion to others.

Week 3: Radiating Your Light
Integrate everything you've learned and explore how to carry your practice into daily life. Set intentions for moving forward and discover how your inner light can positively impact the world around you.

Note: if you wish to attend all three recommended sessions, please select all of the dates at the booking stage. You are of course able to choose one and come back later to rebook.



How does it work?

Duration: Each session is 45 mins with 25 minutes of guided meditation
Format: Live guided meditation - access to a downloadable meditation series too to replay or catch up if you missed a week.
Experience Level: Designed for beginners—no prior meditation experience needed. if you're experienced, you will still benefit too!

What to Bring: Just yourself! Wear comfortable clothing. Optional: meditation cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable in your own space.

The Small Print

please note sessions are non-refundable but you may rebook during the 3 weeks for an alternative session. you will receive a copy of all 3 meditations to listen to in your own time at the end of the 3 week series.
