After purchasing your coaching will be in contact without to arrange your first 1-2-1 session. This can be either in person or online.

The Small Print

  • Programme duration: 12 consecutive weeks from the agreed start date.
  • Includes 3 x 1-to-1 personal training sessions, to be scheduled within the 12-week period.
  • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Any missed or cancelled sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations may be forfeited.
  • Bespoke training programme is provided for individual use only and may not be shared or distributed.
  • Results will vary depending on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the programme.
  • This programme is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased
